2023-24

In the 2023-24 season, we built upon Uniting Voices’ 67-year foundation to reach new heights. 

We expanded Chicago-based programming to 88 schools and 12 neighborhoods. We elevated support for our core programs and new initiatives through the Crescendo Fund, securing the largest gift in our organizational history. And we grew our global network for the next generation through the launch of our first program outside of Chicago: Uniting Voices Lexington.

2022-23

The 2022-23 season marked the start of a new era for us. What began almost 70 years ago as a single choir in Hyde Park has grown into an internationally recognized organization that has prepared tens of thousands of young people to take on an increasingly complicated world and lead the way to harmony. And we honored that legacy by changing our name to Uniting Voices Chicago, embracing a new chapter in our already illustrious story.

2021-22

Our 65th anniversary season honored the history that propelled us to this moment, celebrated decades of singers, alumni and artists, and manifested a path forward as the next generation of young leaders build a future strengthened by song. Our singers launched the Gage Park Neighborhood Choir, performed with the Eagles and toured to Egypt!

2020-21

Though the 2020-21 season placed unprecedented hurdles along our march towards a harmonious world, CCC did what we do best: stare into the face of our greatest challenges and meet the moment with unity, tenacity, and grace. We did not just survive, we thrived.

2019-20

The young people of Chicago represent the next generation of global ambassadors and changemakers. Growing up in a dynamic, leading world city, our youth bridge the coasts of this land of opportunity, come to know peers different from themselves and learn to overcome adversity.

2018-19

Chicago Children’s Choir grew to 5,200 voices strong through expansion of our partnerships with Chicago Public Schools and growing enrollment in our neighborhood-based after school programs, including the launch of the Bucktown Neighborhood Choir.
